• The person responsible for hygiene and food safety within an organization that carries out small-scale, one-off food preparation activities for 30 consecutive days or less in a year.

   • Food storage temperatures

   • Working methods to avoid food contamination

   • General principles of hygiene applicable to any person who is in contact with food or with material or equipment that is in contact with food

   • Procedures for cleaning, sanitizing or disinfecting materials and equipment

   • Environmental sources of food contamination

Practice quizzes are provided. A 20-minute zoom session with a trainer will take place for questions and answers (mandatory). In a relaxed atmosphere, this conversation simply means to ensure the training's main principles have been understood. We believe this is a humane and productive way to cap this very short training.
